Most programs focus on getting fitter or faster. Very few help you rebuild the body that absorbs thousands of impacts.. week after week. Wild Fitness is a foundation-first training system for runners. We rebuild strength and mobility where it matters most: starting at the feet and working upward, so your body can handle impact, volume, and intensity without breaking down. This is training for longevity, not just performance.

TRAINING PROGRAMS
- Structured running guidance that fits your real life - Focus on efficiency, durability, and long-term progress - Designed to support strength and mobility work, not compete with it
- Full-body strength for runners - No gym fluff, no bodybuilding (aesthetics are a side-effect) - Build hips, glutes, trunk, and posture for better force transfer
- Short, effective mobility flows (15–30 min) - Focus on ankles, hips, spine, and shoulders - Built to support running mechanics, not chase flexibility for its own sake
- Follow-along strength & mobility sessions (all filmed outdoors) - Educational videos on injuries, form, and recovery - Fundamentals of sustainable training and body awareness
- Track consistency, volume, and intensity - Monitor strength and mobility progress - Adjust your training based on how your body responds

I’m Rapha. I’ve spent years running long distances, pushing limits, and breaking down (sometimes literally). I ran 24 marathons in 2 months, and like many runners, I paid for it with injuries during and after. What changed everything wasn’t training harder. It was learning how to rebuild my body so it could actually handle the stress of running. After spending hours with my physio, I reduced running, started a daily Yoga practice, and built strength from the ground up. Today, Wild Fitness is the system I wish I had during that time, focused on strength, mobility, and structure, not shortcuts or hype. Being able to run is a gift which deserves protection. Wild Fitness is about becoming resilient enough to keep running for decades.
